Let's face it folks...college administrators are playing Russian Roulette with their athletes. The NCAA seems determined to move ahead with a mishmash plan to continue profiting off of unpaid labor. The players don't even have a seat at the bargaining table, and the commissioners, Presidents, and administrators are decided the player's fate in the midst of the worst pandemic we've seen in over 100 years. You can always be optimistic that college football will go on as scheduled.
The question REALLY is - SHOULD IT?
Boy, if there ever was a time for a players' union it would be now.
The risk to kids that age is much much less than a Saturday night keg party and driving home afterwards. Now the students passing it on to their older professors. That's the true danger. If I'm a student athlete given the risk at their age is no greater than the flu, I'd be all in.
