Political correctness raises it's **** head in NCAA football. Gave a motivational speech or attempted to at halftime I understand. Not sure how it was received by the players.
Just substitute "black" for "girl" in this case and you have the SEC in the 60s.

Exactly the same--except black men are and always were qualified to play football competitively at the highest levels, and women are not. And merit-based competition is only the entire purpose of sports.
I believe the name is Sarah Fuller not Fisher as Brandon kept calling her in the podcast! That being said the whole Sarah fuller thing is BS when Vandy has a former kicker with eligibilty who could play! If she ever gets involved in a full scale kickoff return she is going to get hurt! And the poor guy who hurts her will be vilified by every snowflake sports reporter on the planet! No winners in that scenario!
Sara Fuller is the worst decision Vandy ever made. The second worst thing is their playing football in the SEC. What were they thinking about? She kicked off less than 25 yards! And, the announcers were beside themselves calling her kickoff "an historic event in sports". To make things worse, they interviewed her after the game. I wish Sarah Fuller all the luck in the world, but stay off football fields.
Looking forward to the next male athlete who will cross gender boundaries and participate in women's athletic events. I am raising 2 daughters and both, by their own observations and no influence from their dad, thought Sarah Fuller's limited participation was silly/ridiculous at best. There are so many girls who could have done what she did, and certainly, some actual 2nd/3rd team men on the Vandy roster who would have loved to made it on to the field and made that kick. This was simply political correctness at its finest.
All I will say is about the game. If there is this much turmoil and lack of players, the Dawgs better score 50 plus points and shut them out. For every 3 and out UGA gets, they should drop 3 spots in the polls, and every time they don't get a 3 and out against Vandy, should drop another 3 spots. I'm sick of the excuses, and the lack of beating a team like you should. Mason (who people liked and respected) isn't there, so beat them, like the saying goes, like a red-headed step child.
They should be up by 35 at half. Then let Beck play the second half. But keep throwing and scoring. I know a lot of people will think that beating them by 50 plus points isn't anything big, due to being undermanned, but only beating them by 28 is way worse. Shows you to be weak,and a failure on offense.

Brandon, please get someone's name right if your are going to discuss them during your podcasts. I could care less who Vandy uses as a kicker, but if you are going to use their name, you should get it right.
