I'm sure Dell McGee would take exception to the RBs coach, Connor.
I don’t understand why we have our offensive lineman train at two different positions. We have enough guards and tackles for each of them to focus on one position. We are following the “Jack of all trades, master of none” approach, IMO.
Guards and tackles are trained to play multiple positions, if all the starting guards go down with injuries, then you can take a tackle that has been trained also as a guard and keep on without missing a beat.
