Arian is getting back into his speedy form...still not fully there because he can usually stay with Boling. I think Boling will win the 100 meters. It will be close. In any case, UGA is a winner.

Is Smith a glass cannon? Wrist Injuries in 2020 and 2021? Speed kills when it is actually on the field! Praying the young man is able to sty healthy.

I did not know Laird from LSU was running the 100 or I would not have picked Boling. UGA's Matthew Boling is no match for Laird in the 100 and showed it. Laird ran a world elite 9.80, one of the fastest times if not tied for the fastest in the world this year. Boling was a distant but respectable second at 9.97...UGA WR Arian Smith was not a factor. Boling needs to work on his start. Laird was out on him several feet in the first 10 meters. It is generally a much closer race in the 200 meters between Laird and Boling. Boling beat Laird in the NCAA championships by a whisker.
