Georgia placed 1 player on the 1st-2nd team pre-season all SEC teams, it was Jordan Davis -1st team.

Interestingly enough, Alabama had 3 Linebackers on the 1st team. Nakobe Dean finally showed up on the 3rd team.

Alabama had 6 players on the 1st team Defense.

A QB, receiver or RB who happens to be on the best offense - usually wins the Heisman.

Why not pick a defensive player, especially if that defense finishes as the clear cut best unit in all of college football?

I like it. Jordan Davis for Heisman!
