Salyer is the most versatile OL on the team. He plays T, G and C. His health is imperative to the success of the season. HOPEFULLY, he can play at near 100% this week vs KY. Maybe, split his time w/BJones? KY will be a big test for BJones and the entire OL. Nothing wrong with playing more than 5 OL. What is interesting is that XTruss started at LT vs Cinn and started the year as LT2. Now BJones is LT2. UGA's best OL might be w/69 at LG and 54 at RG.

I am giving props to Coach Luke as well. You don't hear or see much of him but he has been busy fitting best players to best slots in light of the injuries. UGA needs Salyer Saturday at left tackle. Jones is being rotated around so both on the line same time would be awesome. This could be quite the contest. KY is getting its swagger on and will be pushing hard at the UGA QB whomever that may be. The big Dawgs up front will be preventing such a push and KY will not be swaggering at games end. UGA QB will have a field day. RBs and receivers as well. UGA by a bunch.

Unless we run into OL problems, let Salyer heal for UF. If LT or LG becomes a problem/weakness, put him in quickly. Like Daniels game resting, two weeks game rest for a dinged up ankle will do a lot of good for healing.

On second thought, with what has happened with Tykee Smith, hold him out of practice too. LOL
