Georgia football took down Alabama on Monday night, winning the school's first championship since 1980.

IMHO, SBIV was the biggest winner of all.

Winners: Nick Chubb and Sony Michel! They began laying the groundwork for this championship when they returned for their senior seasons! They told the world that the Bulldog players were committed to do whatever it takes to win championships under the leadership of Kirby Smart!

Yeah, I'm uncomfortable mentioning losers on the Georgia side. They all got their Championship and are officially winners!
Now, we get to see how the cards play out. There's no longer an excuse to stay because of "unfinished business" and no better time to leave than on top. I suspect the team next year will look very different, but if Smart is able to do what Saban does, it'll just simply be a "re-loading" process.

I don’t know how you write a winners article without SBIV and CKS as the two biggest winners.
Some great players will leave and new will sign on...it is up to CKS to ensure future championship successes.
You won't see a better catch than GPickens' . AD's catch was great as well. AD looks a lot like another Pickens. ZWhite is all heart. I want that guy on my team. Been waiting for UGA to use JCook right and for him to break out. Glad we saw it. Toto whiffing on Bowers; Priceless. Lions and tigers and Bowers oh my. CNS showed a lot of class in how he congratulated CKS.
