Kirby Smart Is The Man! And he's building it his way.
Strange to hire him as a consultant while still not having a dedicated QB coach, but I think he brings a lot to the game. I don't think he was an ideal Offensive Co-ordinator and definitely not an ideal coach, but he can be very valuable to us in the right position.

Absolutely! Kirby's won 1 and almost 2 in just 6-years. Defense does still win Championships...

I think the policy was already on staff. However, hiring Bobo may have changed that.
