Coach Kirby should be paid $100 more than the highest paid coach out there with an escalation clause to keep it that way, annually thereafter, for as long as he wants to coach!

Money is always good but when you have support from the administration that is the total package . That has not always been the case and I’ll say it for sure wasn’t with Coach Dooley .
