Todd Hartley has done extraordinary work in his time with the Georgia tight ends. And he is now being compensated very well for his efforts.

To keep the best, ya gotta pay the best! I remember the time when UGA was towards the bottom of the SEC in staff salaries, that was frustrating to me because I knew we were not going to attract top shelf staff or be able to keep them very long if we had them. I love the way these DGD coaches are being rewarded for their success. It is great to be a Georgia Bulldog!
