If I counted corrected. With the 2025 teams— top 25 are
SEC - 12 teams (75% of their league)
Big 10(16)-8 teams (50%)
ACC 3 teams
PAC 1
and Notre Dame
but all that really matters are the W’s!!

And I believe the correct use is The Ohio state university. But maybe he was confused that their new copyright law was a requirement where you had to use it as opposed to not allowing other universities from using it.
So, it appears multi, multi million dollar TV contracts are based on market size even if nobody in New York and very few in Los Angeles actually watch college football. It appears the list is based on actual viewers which has nothing to do with market size or Bama wouldn’t be top 50.
Seems like TV execs could have a future in the offices of the NCAA with their same disdain for common sense!
8 of the top 12 SEC(counting OK & TX), 3 Big 10, 1 Independent ND. I think we gonna be alright. USC and UCLA way down the list and in CA, a significantly declining state and losing population also.... to Texas mostly.
