I feel for these kids and how every little life lesson they learn through the judicial system is examined with a microscope and rehashed into oblivion. Not really much news here…. never was; but drama gets clicks I guess.

He owned up to it, which is still an admirable trait, in my eyes anyway. Probation is a simple process. Report when you’re supposed to, stay out of trouble and it’s done and over with. Kenny is a young but, I believe, still a responsible young man. He’ll be fine and hopefully learn from this and move on. Good luck Kenny! Go Dawgs!

Grif has treated Kenny like nothing happened (car wreck, his fault, after 3am, partying in downtown Athens) - not mentioned in this article) and Nolan Smith (speeding, no accident, driving home from the airport) like a federal offense for his citation. Grif has a habit of having favorites based on his personal visits at their homes and then taking that favoritism out on others in his writing and his podcasts. I'm fine with being cool about Kenny's deal, just not with the juxtaposition of Mike's treatment of Nolan.
