It wasn't long ago at all that people were grousing about our inability to recruit, develop, and feature TEs on a consistent basis. Boy how things have changed. Of course tipping our hats to Hartley and Monkin for their roles in that massive shift is a given, but it's also a team effort... elite players want to play with and practice against other elite players.
