Third year in the system for Monken and Bennett. First year when Bennett is getting starters reps, and some doubt Bennett and the offense will show improvement.
Monken's 2021 offense came just 1.3 points per game from leading the SEC in Scoring Offense. Consider how GA just ran the ball during almost every 4th quarter and how that limited points production. It's easy to see how the offense could be even better in 2022.
I hear a lot of praise and hype for Bama's defense, and justifiably so. However, this GA offense is quietly.... that much better than Bama's defense. It's very possible that GA could three-peat next season.
I think the skies the limit on both sides of the ball - if both come together and click, man, it will be lights out for everyone else! GO DAWGS!
LOL....Whatever will be, will be. September 3rd is just around the corner. All the speculation in the World, won't remove the reality of UGA beating Oregon and BAMA losing to Texas.
Bring it on!! Play ball Dawgs.
Who would not be excited about a QB room that holds the NATTY QB, a 4 star and 2 five stars. I hope everyone is ready! I watched the NATTY the other day and Stetson was running for is life against Anderson. He made about 4 nice throws, nothing more. I am more excited about he D, if they can be close to the force they were last year I think we are going to be really good shape!
We have Monken and analyst Bobo looking after a room full of talent. We also have more cumulative experience than recent years. Finally, the system has been stable for three years now. All good imo. I look for strong QB play out of our starters for years to come.
