D u m b. But nothing a thousand thousand other foolish children haven’t done. At least there’s nothing that says anyone was hurt. Gotta grow up.

Good thing no one was injured, or worse. Nothing new that young adults make unwise choices at times, I'm as guilty as anyone for making some not so smart decisions when I was a lot younger. I just hope Mr. Bullard learns from his mistakes as I did, and doesn't repeat those actions again..GoDAWGS!!

Young kids will do dumb things especially college kids. I want to thank the officers for making sure he didn’t harm anyone while driving impaired. Let this be a lesson and a wake up call. The rest of the charges are all related to driving infractions that tend to happen due to not being of sound mind. Celebrate the win but don’t drink to the point you can’t recall the next day or that you can’t drive home in case you need to. Coach will mentor this young man hopefully he can get set on the path he needs and this is a turning point in his life as to just how lucky he is to have not hurt himself or others.

I'm pro-law enforcement, but Athens finest hanging 7 charges on this kid is how they roll in Clarke County... and it's pretty ridiculous. That said, it's a known fact this is what's lurking out there, so you have to make sacrifices to keep your nose clean. The "Georgia Standard" Kirby talks about extends well beyond the football field, into the classroom, and across the community. Hopefully Bullard will bounce back and be better for it, and other kids will take notice of what's required to maintain the Georgia Standard. Go Dawgs!

Best game of his college career then this. 5 A.M? Not much good happens in the wee hours. Hopefully someone will get in his head.

More than just a dumb thing most people have done. It’s going to keep him out a couple of games. He hurt his team.

It was a bad decision and the BAC supports the DUI charge. That said, if he were a white, frat kid from Alpharetta, the officers would not have overcharged like that. At some point, the Univ President and the Coach have to call out this type of targeting of players. It does not happen elsewhere.
