Man, what a great way to run a program or any organization and the leader (Kirby) is just as picky with his staff as he is with the players. Maintaining that drive for excellence is not easy and in this day and age, even more difficult. Congrats on great leadership and vision and then the wisdom to fill the program with those like minded.
