    No mention of Monken until the 33 minute mark.

    Have to agree with Billy, expectations shouldn't be any different for coaches than they are for players. If they're not "connected" it's time to move on, Monken included.

    I'm a Todd Monken fan and would like for him to stay. I appreciate his contributions up to this point but don't let this lingering decision negatively affect the recruiting trail, our program, or better yet the young men you have been developing. I would think he respects Kirby enough to have already let him know his intent and Kirby is prepared.
