Can't believe Andy Johnson, Athens High class of 70 QB, UGA QB, Patriots RB has yet to be inducted????
That's definitely a head scratcher, Johnson to this day is 1 of the best High School athletes to come out of Athens, and the state of Georgia, in my opinion. Johnson was also 1 of the greatest, if not the best all around athlete to ever wear the Red&Black at UGA. It didn't matter the sport, football, baseball, basketball, he was a natural. I'm sure if he had wanted, he could have played any sport, and he would have excelled at it. I still have his autograph from the early 1970's that I got when he was the guest speaker for our Boy Scout troop meeting in Athens. It was Andy, and he also brought along the kicker for UGA to speak as well that night. The kicker was Kim Braswell..GoDAWGS!
And never knew he was deaf until I found this..
