Florida Stae had already seen several big names opt out of the Orange Bowl. But none might be more impactful than star edge rusher Jared Verse, who became the fourth Floria State Seminole to opt out of the Orange Bowl.

People have said Florida State can prove something by beating Georgia. Actually, they couldn’t and wouldn’t. Anyone who thinks this bowl resembles the process for getting into the playoffs isn’t paying attention.
