    If he can beef up and learn to be an SEC blocker, he can be a real weapon. His high school tape shows he is a special receiver.

    "Bulk Up"......my recommendation is one dozen Bojangles sausage gravy biscuits daily and free weights.

    Back in the mid 80s I went from 215 to 245 in 4 or 5 months. 10,000 calories a day with lots of beef and eggs. Then add in 5 hours a day in the gym lifting heavy weights. One last thing is a workout partner whose is stronger than you to push you.
