I’m ready for this team to put us out of our misery. Players play hard but coaches don’t have a clue.
Very proud of our Hoop Dawgs for their tenacity. The difference tonight was shooting percentage for 2's and 3's. We matched Auburn in all other stats. I don't see quit in this team as many have suggested. I see a young team that has to get better and learn how to win.
Go Dawgs!!
@Georgia67 it’s not like this was an aberration. They just aren’t good shooters. They take low percentage shots. And White runs the same offense as my nephews Church league team. I agree they play hard but that’s about it. Fundamentally they ****. Which I blame on White not the kids.
If the DAWGS played an entire 40 minute game, and not 1 half they might win 20 games. Falling behind by double digits before halftime in many games this year was their Achilles heel. Play the entire 40 minutes the way you do when you're behind by 10+ points, things could be different.
I agree...stay in it first half and UGA would have seen the "W" many more times. They are not able to play all 4 yet. Young team. I just hope the kids stick with UGA and do not get discouraged and portal.
I recommend Coach White spend some time in the company of Coach Smart this off-season. Leadership and culture is not sport specific. Just sayin.
If it were about leadership and culture, I would agree. After watching Mediocre Mike's offensive play calling and defensive execution the past 2 years there isn't enough leadership and culture in the world to make up for his boringly redundant scheme. It's almost like, Hey Coach Mike, what play do you want us to run? "I don't know, how many plays do we have?" - One - "OK run that one"
