Bench press 13? That's odd. Can anyone clarify: is that 13 reps of some universal weight I don't know about, or a likely typo? This isn't a criticism, I really don't know what's going on there.
Edit: Well, I looked it up myself, and learned that there is, in fact, a universal weight: 225. Ladd's got 13 reps.
