CKS is an excellent coach but right now CFB is in a state of flux. CFB is a minefield. He probably does not want to be on record for saying too much about what could be or what should be regarding NIL and transferring. He will have 15 other SEC coaches using his words against him with recruits. Look at how much heat Dabo is taking for his comments on NIL and trying to build his team through HS recruiting.

What CKS said about the 8 or 9 game SEC schedule is 100% accurate. Right now teams cannot count on the tougher schedule to be a factor in selection. But total losses are definitely a factor in playoff selection. "If it doesn't help us then why do it?", CKS. The same thing applies to playing FU in Jax.

I believe that "strength of schedule" when assessing a lose is needed in determining play off slots……I don't think there will ever be an absolute way in which that could ever be determined BUT, I'm sure there exist a metric that when applied to every team equally will suffice. Play Off Committee, get off your arse and implement one such metric!

There is no one in CF that knows as much as or more than Kirby Smart. Given, I look for him to share his wisdom in guiding CF through the tenuous path we're currently traveling. CKS should always say and do what he believes is in the best interest of CF players, coaches, and fans. Again, I believe the answer is in fair and equal application of rules/guidelines.
