Rating Services…….I'll never understand how a player earns stars, other than stats, coaches comments, and physical build. It seems so subjective, Ladd McConkey, Stetson, Javon Bullard, etc… these are just some of my favorite DAWGS that took 3 stars and created their on constellation. IMHO, the missing element is mature predilection to personal success. To determine this characteristic you look at family and coaches. Tom Tom scores big…..athletic supportive family that exemplifies a culture of achievement and coaches that can attest to a "hungry" work ethic. Sooner or later other coaches will catch on to the secret Kirby and company employe……Don't allow the stars to blind you to the players that will develop in 2-4 years from walk-ons & 3/4 stars to 5 star, 1st & 2nd rounders. Tom Tom, you are well on your way to becoming a DGD…..I couldn't be happier!
