"…it’s easy to see why the Bulldogs overwhelm teams like Clemson and Tennessee Tech."
Should this be in the Clemson Hate Zone?
Go, Dawgs!
I don't fault Wilder at all. It was good for his team to score. That should be his only concern.
Our third string defense is responsible for the field goal. No one else. They've gotten useful experience over the last two games and giving up that field goal may have been the best lesson of all. The first and second stringers will certainly remind them.
So that field goal actually was good for both teams.
Class coach for TT. He salvaged something from otherwise nothing. Kirby did not like giving him that much possession time…even with the 3s at the helm. I suspect KY game will produce another UGA 40 something outcome. KY is not good at all. Former UGA QB had a bad day on the field for KY. KY could tally only 6 pts. against a mediocre SC team.
There are so many missed tackles by the 2nd/3rd teams. They are more athletic than the opponents. They can't be tired because they only played second half. It must be the technique. Some of them have already been here for more than a year. I'm shocked by the lack of fundamentals.
