Bear Alexander has made headlines once again away from the playing field. The defensive tackle, who transferred out of the Georgia program prior to Georgia’s 2023 spring, reportedly plans to redshirt.

He'd be an integral piece of the UGA D-Line had he stayed a long with the NIL money that follows. Kid seems to be getting really bad advice.
Bless his heart
Who cares? This kid made a $tupid decision while trying to earn a bigger paycheck. We are lucky to be rid of this person.
What a loser!
It’s all about the “Bear” and nothing about the “team”. We are so lucky he’s gone and I’m sure the NFL scouts have taken note. Go Dawgs!!!
another entitled athlete that has been told all his life how "good" he is and refuses to be coached. Seems like a bust.
Cautionary Tale at Best. And this “guardian” sure does explain a lot.
I guess he likes the USC coaching staff too much and wants to stick around for an extra year 🤣🤣

Go, Dawgs!
Pretty soon the colleges with the deepest pockets will rule the college football landscape. Buy the best athletes and build a yearly dream team to compete for the NC. Unregulated NIL will be the downfall of college sports as we knew them. And, Bear is the epitome of what's wrong in college football right now…
King Kong aint got bleep on him!
Who cares about USC or anything associated with an overrated football program?..GoDAWGS!
Sounds like the UGA locker room really lucked up when Bear Alexander packed up his duds and chased some NIL money to LA. Bear Alexander may be talented, but he obviously has a really bad attitude. He will probably find that it will be harder to repeat his NIL stunt for anywhere near the $$$ that USC paid him. Alexander creates a toxic locker room and team environment. Ohio State gave out $20M in NiL this year. Maybe they'll hire him. Or better yet, Florida State and their wimpy coach Mike Norvell…. Free Shoes U would be the perfect place for him as I think further about it!
I had a feeling, "that" was in his character...with all the pre-college, high school drama. Reminded me of Zach Evans. I gave him the benefit of the doubt....mainly, cause Kirby thought he could be fixed and saw-fit to sign him. Oh well....kids make bad decisions everyday. Seems, that goes double for this generation. Lol
Not surprised to see Bear's name pop back as a redshirt.
