Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

David Pollack asks for prayers as his wife battles brain cancer, to have surgery this week

âI do not share much of my personal life on social media but today is gonna be different,â Pollack posted. âIf you are the praying type please lift up my wife Lindsey. She has brain cancer and surgery is Wednesday at Duke. So thankful to serve a loving God that meets us in our struggles!â

Man, that's totally unfair for such a DGD and great guy. I was furious when ESPN let him go. Hope everything goes well!

Cancer sucks.
prayers for sure.
Praying for David’s wife, David, their children and family. Also praying for the medical team that will perform the surgery. Praying for a full and speedy recovery. 🙏🏻

Prayers for Lindsey and David. May the Lord work through all her medical providers and medicines to heal her to the point like it never even happened even better than before. 🙏
Heavenly Father, place your healing arms around Lindsey and remove this evil cancer from her body. Amen!
My prayers go out to Lindsey, David, all their children and both families. May the Lord lead these physicians and Lindsey in finding a path to rid her of this awful disease.

Not a better TEAM to do battle for Lindsey than Duke's Surgical Oncology TEAM, I join all in asking our FATHER to strengthen David, Leah, and Nicholas during this time of trial…no better place to be than in the loving hands of GOD.
Our prayers for LIndsey and David Pollack, their family, and the medical professionals treating Lindsey will undoubtedly be echoed by all of DawgNation.
Good bless the Pollack family.
