Next to "DGD" in the dictionary is a picture of "Dirty" Dan Jackson!

Good luck "Dirty Dan". Your going to show the NFL that you are a heck of a football player.

May God bless you young man for all of your hard work and in your future NFL career.

Good for him. Stories like Jackson’s are what make us love college football. Even in the time of players going to the highest bidder with little regard to where they are, this kid plays the game he loves for the school he loves.

Good for Jackson and for the fans of college football.

Dirty Dan's one of those DGDs that leaves it out on the field every time he puts on his jersey, will miss seeing him on those Fall Saturdays, hope to see him in the NFL, doing the same as he did as a Dawg. Go Dawgs SicEm Dan

Jackson will be successful on whatever NFL team that is fortunate enough to get him. He has a Rocky Bleier attitude and will never quit on the team.

Dan’s work ethic, his never quit, dyed in Red & Black attitude reminds me of Scott Woerner & Terry Hoage from those great Georgia teams when I was in school back in the 80’s. They give 110% on the field then get to the sidelines or in practice & work even harder. The additional thing about Dan, I don’t ever remember Woerner or Hoage running a 4.40 40-yard dash. He’s another DGD I’m sure the Falcons will pass on. If he’s not drafted by day 2, some team is going to get a huge bargain.

Pretty sure 3x All American David Pollack was a "mediocre" 3* recruit.

Felt like he was going to run a and put up a really good number. He comes down on the run and screens as fast as anyone I can remember at safety. THe only thing missing is he's, well, you know.

Some NFL Team is going to get a steal with "Dirty Dan." Primadonna he is not; a hard-working Grinder he is… If for nothing else he will be a spectacular Special Teams player in the NFL; however, I think he can break into a starting or at least significant back-up role as an NFL Safety. Whatever happens, "Dirty" Dan will always be remembered for the block that allowed Ringo to score in the 2021 Natty and the hit on Haynes King that allowed the Dawgs to get into OT and beat Tech this year… DGD.
