Walker had a phenomenal junior year at Cedar Town. But then he got caught up trying to transfer to Stockbridge High. The GHSA wouldn’t let him so he had to go Late to RabunGap Naccoochee a Private School that competes with schools from other states.

He helped them win the Ntl. Title there !! But his stats although decent were lower than his junior year. I think it was due to him being perplexed at his initial plans being dashed. But he restarted and had a pretty good season after all. Shows he can adapt !! Go Dawgs !!

get them some blocking and give them a chance to excel. I would like to see an almost a sure thing on 3 and 4th with short yardage

Sounds promising. Not much mentioned anywhere about how Cash Jones has looked this Spring. In fact, I didn't even see him listed on the offensive projected depth chart article recently posted. I really like the guy and hope he can contribute more this season.

Also, Roderick is impressive when he gets a chance to run the ball consistently. Unfortunately, those chances have been so few and far between. I'm really hoping he can come back full strength this Fall. I think this season will be his last chance to shine.

Kirby made a sort of quick reference to Cash saying he got less snaps than the others as he’s already very familiar with what they’re trying to do. KS did say Cash had improved from last year.

Hopefully Cash will be the Leader in that room. Him and Frazier. Together they can help steer these guys and encourage them. In another article it seems that Cash & Frazier Have embraced the role of Leader.

You know a funny thing but Good thing about Kirby we as fans could be saying “ Oh Man this is the best team we’ve had in years” and ole Kirby would be saying “ We’re not even vaguely close to where we need to be “. It’s that hunger for Excellence and Elite that Kirby has that puts the Dawgs in realistic competition for a Ntl. Title Every year !!

Montana you and me and countless Dawgs fans here that have kept up with Dawgs football for a long long time easily remember times in the past where we thought winning the SEC almost equated to a Ntl. Title !! Now that’s considered a bit of a let down !!

So in conclusion This 2025 Dawgs team might actually be very good, but Kirby’s not gonna say anything like that Until he’s hoisting that Ntl. Title Trophy up in the air !! And really for these young men that’s a Good thing !! Keep Em Hungry !! Kirby ladles out just enough praise to keep morale up, nothing more, Until they reach the goal !! Kinda along the lines of military training !! Go Dawgs !!

You know he’s made a bunch of leaps and bounds, and I’m really excited to see what he does this year,” Bowens said of Jones. “He’s really going to help us in the pass game and in the run game. But he’s really came along, just learning the playbook and details and stuff like that.”

Does anyone believe that Bowens said this about Cash? Does anybody proof read these articles before they are published? Apparently not.
