- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Lol...yeah, I know Gaston wasn't perfect...none of em were, actually. But, they worked together extremely well on the left side.
Gaston is just a Freshman!. He has a lot to learn. Imo....typically, when they do what you were talking about...it's because he doesn't know what to do. Lol. It happens. But, that's also when you are most susceptible to injury.
However, he has some pretty good leadership on either side of him, to help him get his assignment right, till he can put it together for himself. Once he gains the confidence and knowledge he needs to make the move.....I think Gaston is gonna be the Dawgs eventual Left Tackle. And, I think he's gonna be good one.
The defense can confuse the hell out of a young OL trying to figure out whether he should get the LB or the Tackle. Lol.…inside, outside, off.
The O-line struggled against a lesser opponent. Just imagine how bad it may perform against the meat of the schedule. Know it's only one game, but already resembles last years problems up front.
Let me go ahead and day this...Last Year's Team....IS NOT....This Year's Team. No comparison!....imo.
Imo...the schedule is set up perfect for a Dawgs run. The 1st 2 weeks are just an extension of Fall Camp. They are nothing more than a dress rehearsal for Tennessee & Bama.
And, you can bet....the Georgia coaching staff is gonna take FULL advantage. You can tell what the Dawgs have, when you read Kirby's body language. And, if he's not worried....I darned sure ain't worried. Lol
Texas.…at home....that's all we need to know. Unless, they [Manning] come off the rails...then, it's "oh crap", Mississippi and Lane Kiffin.
Man!!! This is gonna be a great season. I can feel it. Lots of competition....and, the Dawgs get the first 2 weeks off. Go Dawgs!!!
I’m really wondering if Stacy Searels is as effective as he once was? How do we send 4 guys to the NFL, but combined, they were our weakest line in years, and while our OL room is still full of 4 and 5 Star players, it seems inferior. Marshal constantly put more pressure on Gunner, than Notre Dame did on Miami and Beck last Saturday. Kirby wants Gunner to take more downfield shots, but he didn’t have time for those plays to develop. I don’t think our O-line will be able to handle Tennessee’s or Bama’s pass rush.
