I’m sure we will be pumped for the big home games, but Mississippi State and Auburn could be really tough “outs”. Those are potential trap games……especially if both teams continue to win and start tasting success. Go Dawgs and take it one week at a time.
Mississippi State sure is a trap game as it sits on the schedule, but I think the Techsters are going to prove the biggest challenge. Brent Key always has his team stoked for the Dawgs, and you can tell by their effort that they buy into Brent Key's "hatred" of the Dawgs and all of our success. We better be ready—and like I've said before—I'll have to face the Wrath of my "Tech loving" neighbor(the one and only Tech fan within a 20 mile radius). GO DAWGS
yep - they are all tough in the SEC. quality depth is definitely an issue, but it is with most all teams now. hope we can keep the OL healthy long enough for them to develop. on the two teams you mentioned above, the good news is - we've won more historically at Auburn than we have at home. the bad news, gotta listen to all those cow bells win or lose in Starkville. the ringing will last for days.
There is a strong possibility if UGA and Tech win out, they could be #1 and 2 entering that game. Imagine the hype!!!
Not that I'll take any joy in 2 losses but I'm sticking with my 10-2 prediction, a number 6 or 7 seed resulting in a CFP home opener and hopefully a few weeks of prep by avoiding the brutal yet less meaningful SECCG gambit…parity is alive and well in this effd up TP/NIL environment. BucknutU paved the roadmap to the title last year, avoid the physical depletion from a conference championship game at all costs.
Give us a break. Haynes King will be run down or hurt by the time they match up.
