Not sure Gaston is playing better than Glover even when healthy. He moves rather slow and misses blocks. Could just be the limited amount of plays to watch but Gaston or Green haven’t really shone up as difference makers. Coaches need to settle on the 2 that can stay healthy, build consistency, and plug the hole on the right side. Take care of that, and I agree with CR that this offense can be elite.

Nice article, Conner. I agree with all of your points, especially the ones concerning pass rush and the one (Off Topic) about Fran Brown. Just Joking—Fran Brown is fun to watch—he looks like he really enjoys the game.

So glad to see Coach Brown doing so well at Syracuse. Agree about the right side of our o-line. Need to stabilize the RG and RT positions. Put the best two healthy guys at those positions and let ‘em play.
Lack of a pass rush is a huge problem. Even the best DBs can’t cover elite receivers very long. Without pressure on the QB, we will continue to get burned by the passing game. Just gotta get better at pressuring the QB.

After Greene's first season, we had reason to believe he'd be an absolute monster and anchor of the OL for a couple of seasons… but that simply hasn't happened. Various injuries are the explanation, but maybe for that reason alone he has plateaued. I hope not, as we really need a mauler identity on the OL. Go Dawgs!

We haven't heard much about Phillips' injury. Sure hope he bounces fully back, as we need that lightning. Go Dawgs!

And his players love playing for him..a potent combination when you couple that with Fran's enthusiasm for the game.

Yes, Coach Smart “took over a better job at UGA”… but he also had to coach in the SEC! Come on man 😂

For you to compare Fran Brown's coaching record vs Kirby Smart's is blasphemy. Tell me what conference does Brown coach in and I'll tell you its not the SEC!!!! Man Connor you should not make a comparison such as you did. That's exactly what they mean by apples to oranges. The only thing they have in common is that they are fruit. And their common ground is they coach football. That's it. Other than that great article.

Give me Bo Hughley at right tackle!!!!!
