Hindsight is 20/20. 4th string right tackle and right guard missed the block. But that wasn't the only issue that night. Corners who blew it at UT, blew it again at Bama. No throws to tight ends. Zero pressure. And of course, poor coaching decisions. 21 points after two weeks. We've all complained for a year and a half. Even after our QB left for another team. Time to forget this and move on to Kentucky. They'll all grow up, and perhaps some changes will be made.

“And sometimes the right tackle might get beat,” Kiffin said.

Yep. The right side is our weakest side of the line…by a long shot. And everyone, including Bama, knows it and has exploited it. YET, Kirby tries to run little ole' Cash Jones to the right side. Makes NO SENSE. The odds of them blowing up the right side are HUGE, and that's what happened.

Just a bad play call in my opinion. The FG would have been the right call in the first place. No hindsight needed.

Georgia, who made their name beating the William Mary and Richmond Spiders of the world gets exposed when they play real competition. Nothing new

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

To hell with that! I've lost my patience. I envy other teams. I am a proud Dawg fan. I am angered. I do keep a record of wrongs!! It is time for some coaching changes. And you know who I'm talking about.

    ”controversial” ??

Only people making it controversial is the media and those up in ”the peanut gallery”

All plays work if they are executed…

    Dawgtattoo - Pretty funny -

John 2:17 - his zeal for his house will consume him.

I think we are all thinking the same thing, regardless of bible quotes…

Why are you even making comments on a Georgia Bulldogs site when your team is in worse shape and has really only been relevant since the old ball coach came, but haven’t been relevant since Bourbon Crier left your sorry club hanging in the middle of the night?

Kiffin didn't say anything we don't know. I don't have a problem with going for it or the play call, although I wish Bowens had been the back, especially since you knew you were going for it if Stockton got any yards on the prior play. Saban also had another saying about critical situations: "It's about players and not plays." The bottom line is that the freshmen guard and tackle missed their blocks and Alabama blew the play up. The UGA linemen are good players who will learn from this and get better, and the team will be better for it.

Or at least call a Timeout, regroup, and find the best play for that situation..not the hurry up, chaotic, poorly executed play that was called.

Since we are all fussing - I'm tired of the "take what the defense gives them" play it safe, play to lose mentality. That's Bobo's philosophy left over from a bygone era, and it never worked. Play to win in big games. Engineer the plan to give them what they don't expect. Use talented players to beat the other team, regardless of scheme. We had that with Brock Bowers and McConkey. They knew Bowers was going to get the ball, and still he beat them. They can't cover our wideouts. They can't cover our TE's. Bowens has more talent than shown. Don't take him out so much.

Not with the O line coach we have now, they won’t get better.
