Not unlike quite a few pup fans I have been hyper-critical of our defensive breakdowns this season. While it is true the standard is not championship caliber at this time, I must recognize that we are a talented but very young group and should only continue to get better and better as the season progresses. What I am most proud about regarding our defensive unit and talented players like young Justin here is the fact that they never quit, never pout, they keep on chopping and they continue to strive to get better. For that, kudos to our 5star coaching staff. The culture is strong in this team. Go pups!
someone on the def needs to step up as the sack leader then maybe the rest will follow
I see you throwed some red and black logs on that fire !! Your comments here and on the thread about Bowens and Frazier got me all fired up !! Thanks Brother !! Optimism like Hope is a GOOD thing !! Go Dawgs !!
I wish more people — not just football players and fans — had this kid's attitude and approach to life. LOOK for the positive things in life. And keep working hard. Someone always notices the hard workers. Go Dawgs!
Bravo !! Bravo !! Well said !!
I love this kid. Gonna be a great one
Really impressed with his play last week! He was flying around and making solid tackles. I hope to see that continued growth and the spreading of his FPE.
Nice article about Justin. He plays with a lot of energy, and passion, a great combo! Hoping JW, CJ, and Chris Cole all wreak havoc this Saturday vs aubarn's offense..GoDAWGS!
@WoodstockDawg Agree !! And like you stated we need much more solid tackling. Hopefully first man to the ball carrier wraps up and drops him on the spot. To many times it’s been like the third guy to hit the ball carrier to make the tackle. KY game the Dawgs did much better. Gotta continue that trend. Go Dawgs !!
