It’s worth noting that Georgia did not end up scoring on the drive following the stoppage, as kicker Peyton Woddring missed a 45-yard field goal.

Great line, Connor…..that truth should really shut the Dawg haters up!

    But, unfortunately, it won’t!

Yep. And regardless how many countless times have our Dawgs been cheated or miscalled by the Refs ? So my take to Auburn is **** it up buttercup. Go Dawgs !!

    That is hilarious!
That is exactly what my daughter and I did in Aubarn’s last drive before the half!

I told her to go switch her shirt and I switched mine! Something needed to change our luck!,

thought I was the only superstitious soul to think that changing shirts would make a difference ….but it did and I am so glad I am not the only one!!🤪🤣😎 Thanks sir!

    Go Dawgs!

timeout- I was watching on mute as my wife was sleeping. I thought he was arguing that he called timeout prior to the play clock expiring.

Anytime we are stinking it up like we were Sat night, I mute th TV and turn on Scott Howard. At least if we lose it’s one of our own making th call.

That is what I saw. CKS making the "T" with his hands and yelling "time!" multiple times. Which would have been the smart play there. CKS caught a break there. That is not what you do with your hands when you are trying to imitate clapping.

I would not put it past AU to be clapping to simulate/stimulate the snap. With the win streak I forgot how much respect I have lost for AU and their dirty play over the years. Remember Nick Fairley's cheap shot on Murray? They were trying to intimidate GS with late hits. FINALLY 2 got called. BTW the targeting on AU's top DB was against Kayin Lee of GA. He was once a UGA commit.

I knew UGA was in trouble when they showed the UGA sideline after they ran on the field. Multiple guys smiling and not looking serious. May explain why UGA is slow starting. They showed AU before they ran on the field. They all looked like they were going to war. They came to play and put a physical beatdown on UGA. Shows you what a less talented team can do when they come with the right mindset.

Last night's 1st half got me thinking that this team might be the worst team CKS has had at UGA. Failure of the OL recruiting (to Sam Pittman standard) and replacement coaches finally being seen on the field. BTW w/the extension to Searels that would seem to eliminate Pittman returning to Athens next year.

Apparently I wasn't the only one thinking this is Kirby's worst team.

From SDS, "3 teams in the Top 11 (OK, GA, LSU) that won't make the playoff".
    "No. 10 Georgia:
Do we really need to explain why? Gunner Stockton doesn’t have the talent around him to offset his modest play. They got away with it Saturday night at Auburn, but this might be the least imposing team Kirby Smart has had." - Chris Wright Managing Editor, SDS.

For the record "the fumble" looked like a fumble to me. Watch Arnold's left hand on the ball. His hand opens up when the ball gets punched. He is no longer in possession. Unbelievable head's up play by KJones to not touch any body part down (besides hand) on the recovery/run back. Inadvertent whistle (understandable) cost UGA a TD.

Oh yeah, for those that commented on muting audio when UGA starts "stinking it up". Every time I see Sean McDonough I get ready to mute the audio. He clearly is a UGA hater. He went on for 10 mins about the fumble. He also summarized Woodring's perfect record on kicks (inside 45?) and PATs at length before every kick. Finally got the kibosh on Woodring w/the missed FG. You could tell he desperately wanted AU to win to overcome the injustice of the "missed" fumble call.

This is such a relief... I thought the Bama game was because I forgot to put my UGA flag out! 🤣🤣🤣

Then explain this, if he wanted a timeout and he called a timeout and he got the timeout and he has never “faked” a timeout, why would he be complaining that he didn’t call a timeout?

    That makes zero sense.

"87dawg"—I can totally relate. I had my "lucky " shirt on when we played Bama, but we lost. So I guess it has lost its MoJo. What do I do now? Do I keep the new "lucky" shirt active I had on during the Auburn game, or give my old lucky shirt a new chance—it's winning at over 90%?
