Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Georgia football growing up, run game and experience pivotal against Ole Miss

ATHENS â Kirby Smart knows better than anyone thereâs only one sure way to keep Ole Miss from scoring, and thatâs to keep the Rebelsâ explosive offense off the field.

Speaking of the run game, where has Roderick Robinson been?
The Rebels have only beaten LSU, which I consider a mediocre SEC team this season. For such a poor run defense, the Rebels held the Tigers to 57 yards of rushing and produced 166 yards of rushing themselves (along with 314 yards of passing). Penalties and turnovers kept the Rebels from beating the Tigers by much more.
The Dawgs should take care of the Rebels. Getting off to a fast start will be key against these guys.
Noise, QB pressure and more than 3 sacks are the keys to humbling the Ole Miss….and Trinidad Chambliss, the Ferris State Phenom…..last year he played to crowds less than 10K, just wait till he suits up for 90k plus ravenous Dawg Fans…..we need all the Boys to follow CJ's War Eagle sack just to welcome him to the SEC….he can't rack up 300 plus yards running for his life or sittin in the grass. A return of our 3-4 headed running game would be very nice as well! Aslo starting the game with some second half Auburn pass pro giving Gunner time to connect with Branch, Young, Thomas, Humphreys, Jones, Frazier, Delp, Luckie, Bell, Townsend, et al….
Kiffen catches flack for his quirky antics but make no mistake the guy can coach. His teams always have a physical run game to go with their vaunted passing attack and Golding has upgraded their D from years past. However I feel the Dawgs will play their best game of the year and secure the win which could jump us into the top 5.
Roderick will be transferring out I believe. He cannot consistently stay healthy so I imagine he will follow suite of the other guy that went to Georgia State.
What we actually need is for the team to show up to play when the game starts. The crowd will be ready.
