Get the win, no injuries to starters reported, rest the starters for most of the 2nd half = A+.
Get home in time to see tech flop, priceless.

I had this uneasy feeling this game. I agree with the As for defense but the offense running game better get a whole lot better this Friday. Nothing over 15 yds against this team? B- is generous. Pitt ran all over Tech last night…I mean all over…Long breakout sprints right up the middle. Porous defense by Tech. If UGA cannot step up the run game it will be long afternoon. Too many 3 yd and 5 yd gasps. Team overall C+. UGA should have walked this "lesser quality" bunch to the locker room,,,1s, 2s and 3s. Tech is far better than Charlotte. Their offense particularly.

Everything is subjective of course but i feel these grades are quite generous considering our opponent. I like the efforts by Phillips who seemed to go unmentionable and Branch. I realize a win is a win but I wouldn't go overboard on handing out too much praise

“Chris Cole added a sack in the second half, his first since Georgia’s win over Alabama in September.”

I can understand the occasional typographical error, but this is poor writing by a professional Journalist. It’s also ironic that this atrocious inaccuracy is included in an article written to assign grades based on performance!

Amen !! I had a feeling Pitt was gonna be trouble for GT but I didn’t think That much trouble !! They ran through Tech like a laxative !! Their QB was not really a running type QB and even he ran through them !! Dawgs with Gunner should be able to do the same or even better.

I was impressed by Pitts Defense as well. Hope Kirby was taking notes !! The thing is though GT Always gives UGA their best effort of the year. It’s as you know much better than I a bitter rivalry game. So I expect it to be the Usual war. Sure would be nice though if the Dawgs blew them out and leave Hotlanta with no injuries !! Hey one can hope !! Go Dawgs !!

it seems we never play up to our potential against a lesser opponent. Pugs needs to learn to get rid of the ball. If Gunner comes back I seen him leaving if the 5star kid signs

“ If Jones and Robinson continue to play this well, Georgia could very well have a championship-caliber secondary.”

They seem to show improvement with each game. If Aguero and Branch can get on the same trajectory it would be solid at every position!

    GO DAWGS!

Agree 1 and 15 are improving. But it takes a lot more than 2 improving CB's to have a championship caliber secondary. I can still see AL playing pitch and catch most of the game vs UGA "championship caliber secondary".
