Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Georgia opens as big favorite over Georgia Tech in one of many key rivalry games
ATHENS â Georgia has a College Football Playoff run ahead of it, while Georgia Tech likely doesnât have much to play for other than its so-called âClean, Old-Fashioned Hateâ rivalry game with the Bulldogs.

Looks like a wonderful weekend SMORGASBORD!! Bring it on!
Crying Brent Key does what he does best; talking tough after losing. What a joke.
Pitt destroyed the Tech defense…period. Ran straight through it repeatedly! No problem whatsoever. UGA should throttle Tech this year.
@UGA66…I hope you are right, but you know Tech took us to (8) OTs last season and we barely won. Tech, a team that ended up 7-6 after being beaten by Vandy in a bowl game.
We should be able to run the ball on them, but I promise you that Tech will be ready.
This is a heated and hate full rivalry game. So be assured Tech will play their best game of the year verses our Dawgs as they always do. But as has been stated Pitt ran through them like a laxative through a little ole lady !! Our Dawgs should be able to do the same !!
I was also impressed with Pitt’s Defense they held Tech down really well until late in the game. Again our Dawgs should be able to do the same !!
I doubt seriously it’ll be an “ Easy” game, I look for it to be a war as usual. But our Dawgs should be able to win by a solid score. Don’t know what the final score will be but Dawgs win by 17 points.
Game plan for Tech: Run the **** ball and hit King every chance we get.
I assume everyone knows the deleted word in the well known phrase “run the **** ball.” Deleting that word makes one think, “Dang!” 😂 Pretty sure not even my preacher would be offended by hearing “run the **** ball.” In fact, I’m 99.99% sure he has said that very phrase while watching football games. Who among us hasn’t?
Tech and easy don’t normally go together for UGA. We may win but we’d best be ready to put up 40. There is no quit in King.
@UGA66 I agree with you, and as fans we have the luxury of looking at it this way. We both know that CKS will not allow himself or the team to assume an easy victory. I am convinced that he will prepare them this week as if they're playing the toughest opponent they'll face all season. Keys has already expressed how motivated they will be to win this game after last years loss. I expect to see the CKS-lead Dawgs even more motivated to erase any doubt about who runs this state!
GO DAWGS!
