I expect the Dawgs to create at least 2 turnovers, in this half. With 14 pts scored off of turnovers.
@BigDawg61...Well, Gunner has run around at least a half dozen times on plays looking for open receivers. He either hasn't found them or he's gun shy and afraid to throw another interception. They want to and have tried to throw the ball. That's obvious. Sure, the running game is working well, but to say we haven't thrown because we dont need to or want to is just plain incorrect.
At the end of the half, Kirby said he wanted to see explosive plays. That means passing more than anything. With 3 minutes left in the half and 3 timeouts we ran the ball and showed no urgency to try to score a TD. We seemed very content to just kick a FG. I don't get that unless guys aren't getting open, Gunner isn't playing confidently and Bobo sees that, or something else.
Other than a couple of quick passes to Branch at the LOS, I haven't seen a single pass completed to an open receiver. Every single receiver that Stockton has thrown to thus far has been covered up.
Not a good 2nd half start for the offense..

No, no one is kidding you. There is a real struggle to get open and we’ve seen Gunner have to run out of the pocket several times when he clearly wanted to throw it.
That was poor by Bobo and Stockton, yes it was a hold on the receiver but need to do better.
The Refs are trying to slant this game it’s pretty obvious even to a neutral observer 😡
