if the offense plays like they did against Tech then save the gas money to Atlanta and just hand Bama the title. This is our chance to repay them for knocking our undefeated team out of a chance of a 3- peat..Hey Bobo.. please no 3rd and a mile screen pass. Go dawgs

to make things easy for the committee, and I’m not pulling for this at all, if bama beats us and byu can somehow beat Tex tech, the Miami/nd debate shouldn’t even factor in. The field will be set and both will be out. It should be current top 8, plus byu, bama, gp5, and uva (if they win acc) or second gp5. The top 5 conf champs being automatic is where the central argument should occur.

Not sure what you're saying there at the end, but if it works I'm all for it.

Everybody jockeying, wouldn't be surprised at all if Texas Tech jumps UGA Tuesday - you know, because of the "eye test". Controversey sells, somebody gotta feed these people - they gotta eat too.

“You’re talking about a (Notre Dame) team that is playing as well as anyone right now, won 10 straight games, all of them by double-digit points,” Irish coach Marcus Freeman said. “Who are the best teams now? Not Week One, now.”

That’s one way to explain it. Another way is to say that same team faces 2 championship caliber teams and lost to both. The ten straight that they won was not impressive by any standards. But it will get ND on your television set during post-season play and that’s what it’s all about!

If Miami played Notre Dame tonight, they'd still beat that perennially over-rated team. Teams like the Irish and Wolverines get way more than their share of the benefit of the doubt, while Georgia has to fight like junkyard dogs to get the occasional, fleeting bone of respect. That's okay, we're used to it. Keep chopping boys… win out, leave no doubt. Go Dawgs!
