Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Sounds ominous, last guy we want to be without
Not good. And super bad timing going into the Championship game and playoffs. I'm guessing Coach Bobo will develop a very fluid game plan if we can't have an effective run game. Have to see if the O-line shuffling will work well enough or if we have to resort to short swing passes to RBs to act as our running game. Crossing my fingers.
Hoping no surgery is needed for Drew. Recover soon!
coach Toliver up! Don’t start moving people around. Of course, we all hope Drew can play, but if not, get Toliver up to speed. He is on a scholarship to play football at the University of Georgia.
Wasn't CBeck knocked out of the playoffs in the SECCG last year? Double bye woulda been nice right about now.
Just for info. as I know size isn’t everything but Drew Bobo is 6’5” weighs 305 Malachi Tolliver is also 6’5” and weighs 320. Someone a tad smaller height and weight than Drew I don’t think would make much difference but you wouldn’t want some one Allot smaller but Allot bigger could make them slower. Tolliver has good size but alas he doesn’t have near the experience as Drew. Just gonna have to ramp up his game best he can. Least he’ll be fresh and not battle weary from 12 full games ( he did play part of vs Charlotte and the second half vs GT) as hard as Kirby practices his players perhaps endurance won’t be a problem. You know this is one of those times we should be thankful for Kirby pushing so hard in practice because with less Tolliver might be gassed long before the game is over so to me that’s a bit of a bright spot. Gonna miss Drew though and sure hope he’s back when the playoffs roll around. The rumor mill doesn’t sound good at all though. Guess Kirby will give the full picture sometime soon.
Drew Bobo is a DGD, even if he lists Auburn AL as his hometown. Hope his injury lets him play more for us in the SECCS and the CFP. We need him.
This is when Stacy Searles should start earning his money and coaching Tolliver up. Next man up!
Out of our control. B+
When Drew came with Pops over to Athens from Auburn, I was wondering if he was just on the team as a favour to coach Bobo. Pleasantly surprised that Drew is an exceptional football player. Hope you get better soon, Drew, we need you.
All these OLine scenarios sound exactly like all the various scenarios we talked about going into the first Bama game this year and that didn’t pan out well, going to be interesting Saturday afternoon…win, lose or draw, one thing we have going for us is that our kids will give it their all!
Continuing the idiotic red shirt rule, NIL & the portal have killed any possibility of building depth. This why cup cake games & dominating every opponent are so important. The young guys need the experience. Third consecutive year this issue has hurt the Dawgs. Get rid of the red shirt rule and guve these guys 5-6 yrs of eligibility. For most it will be their only chance of earning money as a player.
