After he decommited once, that showed what he was about. Just another wishy washy kid. Raiola isn't doing too hot at Nebraska is he? His brother decommited and now it looks like he's going to transfer. What a surprise. Vandy will not surround you with the kind of players to get to the top. Pavia was an enigma. Vandy won't sniff 10 wins again in another 30 years. You traded going against the best defense daily in practice to playing for a bowl in Shreveport. If that's what you strive for, that's your choice. Best of luck.

im not bitter as I couldn’t blame an 18 yr old kid for wanting to stay at home or see the field early.
But it’s at this times I’m reminded of the words of our coach….

This should finally solidify the fact we need to stop having verbal commitments and don't do any recruiting class numbers until they actually sign on the dotted line on signing day.
And can we not have to read another Dawg Nation article with his name in it until he comes to Athens when Georgia plays Vandy?
Do I mind he chose Vandy? Don't love it, but no issues. Do I mind he flipped his commitment? Not really... commitments are increasingly worthless in the TP+NIL world. So, OK on those two points.
Do I mind that he maintained his commitment right up to the very end and played rope-a-dope with countless UGA folks (esp. coaches and staff) for months and then flipped the night before signing? #$&+ yeah!!!
I've been loving Vandy these past two seasons, mainly because of Pavia and Lea. Now? I'll likely add ABV (Anybody But Vandy) to my ABA mantra (the only "anybody but" I've ever had in CFB). Pavia is an awesome player and leader... he will be missed by the sport, IMHO
I do sense Custis will do well under Clark Lea at Vandy... but there is definitely a Raiola vibe here as well...
Back to focusing on the SECCG!!!

SEC defenses are a lot better than those in high school, he'll learn that real quick lol that is IF he even starts as a Freshman. I could see it going 1 or 2 ways if he does, he could be ultra successful, boosting his confidence even more. Or, the game is still too fast for him, he struggles mightily, and his confidence drops like a bomb lol. Glad you stayed home, you were NEVER a True DAWG at heart anyway ..GoDAWGS!
