great point. I will say that if UGA can’t over come the loss of one player it wasn’t the best team.

Two ingredients I have learned that are necessary to win a natty..1- luck ( scheduling , injuries, etc), and 2 - resiliency.

Alabama's defense has regressed from our first game and Georgia's has gotten much better.

    Ga 24 Bama 17

Still no fan of traitor Pollack..he sides against UGA whenever he can. You would think he played for Bama!!! Georgia will win going away.

I won't speculate as to his reasons, but this is one of the clearest examples yet of Pollack being Pollack, going out of his way to be negative about his alma mater. The thing that really puts it over the top is his saying that Bama will score more points this time than they did the first time. Has he really not noticed that Georgia's defense has improved at about the same rate at which Bama's offense has regressed? Hard to believe...

David Pollack have been known not to say good things about his Gergia. I think he is a hater o

I share concerns about the loss of Drew Bobo, but you're right. David Pollack does not seem to have noticed the marked and quite significant improvement in the Dawgs defense.

    We're going to win, 49-13.

    Go, Dawgs!

Like it or not, Pollock is right. Without our starting Center, our running game will be curtailed. Toliver is not very good. Snaps aren't crisp, misses too many blocking assignments. IMO intake my chances with Dontrell Glovervat Center. Additionally, this is going to put more on Gunner's plate as he is going to have to do his job and Bobo's too. It's Alabama, it's mental and this all but assures we don't win. I hate to say it but facts are facts and the stats play it out. Kirby has 1 victory against Bama his whole tenure at Georgia.

Well, just as a casual observer Toliver looked lost on several occasions. It stuck out as a sore thumb. A lot of you are Pollack haters because you don't like a guy giving his opinion when it is negative to your team. In any case, I'm not sure that will be the difference in the game. Pretty much see Kirby going 1-8 sorry to say.

I agree. But, to be fair....Toliver was thrown into the fire, mid-game.

Searels and Bobo, have had a whole week to work on his weaknesses. Which, appear to be, downfield and edge blocking. Understandable, considering....imo.

The Dawgs will have to work around, what I see as a difference in strengths between Bobo and Toliver. Toliver is less of a finesse blocker and can be beaten or overpowered on the snap...with a good first step by the nose guard.

Toliver is young and inexperienced in a game environment.…but, remember who recruited him, and who he plays for. Cause, that also, makes a difference.

Imo....they'll have Toliver and everybody around him....ready to go, @4pm today. No exceptions. I'd bet my bottom dollar, they'll all be ready for this one. Despite the blather on ESPN and, downplaying of the significance of this SECCG….this FEELS like a Championship.

Notice, the ESPN pundits have been working hard on the "Alabama needs to be in regardless" narrative...Lol. They know. Hell...we all know who the best team is....just from our "eye test".

I completely disagree with you that Pollack hates Georgia. He loves Georgia and played for Georgia. He’s one of the most decorated players in Georgia history. He’s working in the public eye and has stated that he can’t pick Georgia all the time. He makes good points, but I don’t agree that we’ll lose by double digits, just that we lose a close game.
    Go Dawgs! Please beat bama!
