Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

"The touchdown saw some poor tackling from KJ Bolden and Daylen Everette."
Yes, poor tackling and an "excellent" pick by the Umpire. The NFL has moved the umpire back from being right in the middle of the crossing route, but the NCAA hasn't addressed this, and he's always in the way for either the receiver or the DB trying to cover him.
Mike Bobo had a bad week - first, his son gets injured against Tech not knowing when he'll be back, then the kid he recruited intensely decides to bolt at the last minute, all this right before the SECCG. DawgNation was told it was a “brutal” and tough call with the Georgia staff, especially with the offensive coordinator. As this game began there were some that started fuming right away about the play calling. While not perfect, the offense took full advantage of redzone opportunities converting right away. Coach Bobo certainly gets a well deserved 'A'.
totally disagree with these grades. Beating bama should be a total A+ for every position
I’m giving the CFP committe an F-. Both Coaches Poll and AP poll have Dawgs ai the 2 slot. That makes sense. How you win the SEC Championship by 21 points and don’t jump over OSU is bizarre. However, not as bizarre as Bama losing by 21 and not dropping even one slot.
The committee claims to use analytics. Gotta call BS on that. Compare OSU and UGA on analytics. Who has stronger SOS? Who has more wins against ranked teams? Wanna do the common opponent thing? Okay. OSU beat TX by 7 in Columbus. Dawgs beat TX by 21 in Athens. Has OSU even beaten a team currently ranked in the top 15? So the analytics are clearly irrelevant. The only answer: integrity, or a lack thereof.
Surprisingly, I think you're about a half-grade harsh on the offensive side of the ball. The shots that Stockton and Frazier (and, frankly, other RBs and even WRs) absorbed, and the brutal work in the trenches by the OLs and TEs to keep the game plan rolling, were nothing short of amazing. Great win in all phases, players and coaches, making us proud. Yes, the D clearly shined in shades of best historical Ds we've had; but the O made that possible with major personal sacrifice (and vice versa, of course). Go Dawgs!
I agree. While Jone's plays "gifted" Bama 7 points, even the PI was pretty darned good coverage on a great receiver… until an uncatchable pass was way under-thrown, causing him to steam roll the receiver because he slammed on the brakes. Unlike driving a car, you better be "tailgating" as a DB, LOL. Go Dawgs!
Agree but #3 worked out better for UGA. Rather play MS/tulane winner or aTm/miami winner? OSU vs aTm should be a classic.
you’re correct. I’ll take my grade and study harder next time.
That win over bama was the best feeling since the last natty. Loved it!
Thank you Dawgs for whippin them boys up down the field last night
Excited to see Kirby and the guys get healthy!
Y’all enjoy and stay focused
You say that in hindsight but just 1 year ago UGA lost its starting QB for the playoffs in the SECCG. NO ONE and I mean no one anticipated that the SECCG would play out as perfectly as it did on Saturday. Perfect results are usually against the odds.
