Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I sure hope so! We need an elite game-changer to take the offense to a higher level against the upper tier SEC teams.

curious? Does the timing of a player entering the portal effect if a new enrollee is on scholarship. Then can they enroll in classes? This is even bigger for those declaring for the draft but remain for another year.

"railroadtrack1"—I can't imagine why anyone would give you a vote down. If Lamar is anything like Gurley, I would be thrilled to have him. I look forward to seeing him play for the Dawgs.

I don't doubt his talents. But, like any of em....it depends on what he has between his ears and in his heart. Character and discipline fuel the engine of growth & self-improvement....imo.

That's the stuff, Kirby requires, because it's necessary, in order to build a team that can apply their indivual "talents" for 4 quarters....without mental lapses....as part of a unit.

If Kirby's interested in him....he probably has all the ingredients. Lol...just sayin'..

Go Dawgs!....beat em all....let Saban sort em out. Lmao

Lol....well, so much for that! Ole Miss just scored in the first 59 seconds....on 3 plays.

Tulane's defense looked like my Grandson's little league team.

Lol...Tulane is gonna have to score, everytime they get the ball...without turnovers. Probably not gonna happen.

I’m so excited about Porthro !! Once he gets Dawgs strength & conditioning and coached up to Dawgs standards he’s gonna be a force !! And he’s not afraid to block either the announcers mentioned that in the HS championship game. Course there’s blocking then there’s Kirby Smart level blocking. If he buys in and is eager to be coached I see a great future in this young man !! Go Dawgs !!
