@UGADad20 Did I specifically call you out? I did not. I merely referenced a small segment of people here who like to troll others with IMO ridiculous takes. If that struck a nerve with you than you obviously know exactly what you're doing and why you're doing it. You come here with a purpose. That's your right I suppose. I'll refrain from posting a 10 paragraph response because quite frankly I don't have time for people who play games. You do you. Have a happy New Year.

That’s one of the main things I Love about this Dawgs team is they lift each other up Allot, not tear each other down. We’ve seen them on the side lines cheering for their counter part. Even when for various reasons the counter part might be getting more snaps

    Agree 💯!
You know who was Noah’s biggest fan and supporter on the sidelines based on his obvious congratulatory actions towards Noah when he came off the field!?

Time and time again it was Colbie Young…….hands down!

    Nuff said!

Go Dawgs! Hate on Ole Miss!

UGADad20 - I knew someone would mention the Alabama game when I said Young is the best receiver, but that interception is completely on Beck under throwing the ball so that Young doesn't have a chance to even fight for it. That doesn’t matter since it was one play in one game - the facts or stats in this case tell the story. Young is the second leading receiver on the team and he hasn’t played in two months. Obviously, Branch is the most explosive player but he needs space to operate, whereas Young uses his size to create space. I stand by he’s the best on the team.

One thousand percent correct! It was a horrible throw by the self absorbed he who is not to be named. You beat me to it 87Dawg…and to @UGADad20 point, while Colbie certainly doesn't have elite speed, a 4.6 forty at 6' 5" certainly isn't slow, especially when coupled with precise route running along with a great pair of hands, traits Colbie had unleashed this year before the injury. Really glad to see him fighting his way back to the field, best of luck CY.

By the way Brandon, net time you do a video, how about not standing directly in line with the sun. I left my sunglasses in the truck…details, its all about the small details…cheers

Good to see Colbie out there again. Remains to be seen if he's really back. He was, at the time of his injury, the team's leading receiver. Went down against Ole Miss on the flea flicker catch I think. He's a big target with decent speed and good route running. On his 38 yard TD catch against Bama earlier this year he made a quick inside move on the DB who bit on it and Colbie blew past him for an easy catch. Play him if he's ready…..

I think with Young...it's more about his "high point" than speed...and, his perimeter blocking.. He can out jump, most any DB in CFB....imo.

He's just another weapon...like Darnell Washington was, when he was there. Great guy to have around in the red zone.

Stockton and the Dawgs are loaded with proven weapons, headed into the CFP. No, "one guy"...is ever gonna make or break this team.

@zonadawg61 It is not a ridiculous take when Dawgnation has talked about how little Gunner Stockton throws downfield. @MikeGriffith has said several times that Stockton's lack of downfield passing is the reason why he isn't viewed as an NFL prospect (there is no other reason as Stockton being 6'1" 215 lbs and running Mike Bobo's complex pro style playbook has no other liabilities). Stockton is 57th in the NCAA in yards per attempt and 97th in the NCAA in yards per completion. Zachariah Branch is dominating UGA in receiving, more than the next 3 receivers combined. 73 catches for 744 yards. That is a lower yards per catch than Kenny McIntosh had in 2022 and McIntosh is a tailback. If McIntosh has 73 catches in 2022 he has more than 850 yards.

@zonadawg61 if it isn't trolling to talk about Bama's lack of a running game because their leading rusher has only 500 yards at 3.9 ypc and their QB is not a dual threat, it isn't trolling to talk about UGA's lack of a downfield passing game. No team who plays Bama thinks that Bama is going to beat them the way that UGA beat teams in 2017 when they had four 1000 yard rushers, 3 of whom had 1000 yard rushing seasons in the NFL. Right? By the same token, no one believes that Gunner Stockton is going to beat teams by throwing 60 yard passes downfield to the X and Y WRs outside or by throwing 20 yard intermediate routes to the TEs.

Why? Because he hasn't done it all year. Including in games when it would have been to UGA's advantage to, such as the Tennessee and Ole Miss games that UGA nearly lost and the Alabama game that they did lose. And it isn't because the WRs can't or don't get open on those intermediate or deep routes. They do. To bring politics into this, not talking about this because it is "negative" about Georgia reminds me of the woke mindset. Not saying things that are obviously true AND obviously relevant just because it will offend certain people. Except in this case, it shouldn't. UGA is 12-1 with a very efficient passing game, effective running game that includes Stockton, and they limit turnovers, sacks and 3 and outs. So feel free to say that UGA doesn't need a downfield passing game for those reasons.

But don't claim that UGA has a downfield passing game. They don't. And don't claim the downfield passing game doesn't matter. It does. UGA doesn't beat Bama without the 52 yard pass to Pickens and the 40 yard pass to Mitchell. UGA doesn't beat Ohio State without the 76 yard play to Arian Smith or several key intermediate passes to Bowers etc. Now Stockton is a different QB from SB IV. He makes fewer mistakes, is more accurate and is a better runner. Maybe SB IV needed big plays in the passing game and Stockton doesn't. If so, Stockton will demonstrate this in the next 3 games. Maybe Stockton has big play passing ability and that UGA was willing to risk losing to Ole Miss and Tennessee (and I guess Florida) and actually lose at home to Bama and need Texas to beat Texas A&M to win the SEC title and get a top seed and badly needed layoff in order to conceal it for the playoffs. But don't you dare claim that pointing out that "UGA isn't throwing the ball downfield this year" is trolling because stating facts isn't trolling. And any issues that you have with facts and people stating them is a personal problem that is better off being kept to yourself.

Now I am going to list the play against Ohio State that got UGA a TD in a game that they won by 1 point as well as the TD against Bama that was a 1 score game until there was a 76 yard INT return for a TD. If you have examples this season of Stockton doing the same, provide them. And no, they weren't the only deep passes completed by SB IV in his career.

@randomsportsfan Yawn. I read none of your rant. You must have a ton of time on your hands. Spend it with family. Happy New Year to you and yours. As for me 2026 awaits. GO DAWGS!

Gunner Stockton has a few things, all those guys ranked above him, DON'T have.....but, wish they DID.

12 wins....2 SEC Championship Rings...a National Championship Ring....and a CFP birth with a #3 seed as Quarterback for the "by-god Georgia Bulldogs".

With a chance to get fit with another ring. Just sayin'. Lol

It don't get no better than that...imo.
