Or running QBs who can't pass
Biggest priority should be QBs willing to stick around like SB IV, Beck and Stockton did
willingness to sit for a couple of years
They will never sign that 2028 QB. Money talks and he will select some oil $$!
I will be surprised if UGA signs him. The cost will be astronomical.
What will UGA look for in a QB in the future? A low 4* HS ranking (ie affordability), patience and a high ceiling.
As for CBeck and Bobo's "lack of duel threat" ability, Beck is looking pretty good vs OSU. Moving up in the draft with every throw.
The QB from Texas is who we should have recruited this year. Curtis was never going to sign with UGA after his first de-commit. Vandy will be Vandy again next year so he will get to start in his first year with a loser. Curtis will be in the portal after one or two years. I just hope that UGA doesn't even talk to him when he does hit the portal. Loyalty and being true to your word has to mean something. Once a traitor always a traitor.
