Not a player, but Mike MacDonald deserves a shout out as Head Coach of the Seattle Seahawks who are the #1 seed in the NFC! He was a student who graduated from UGA in 2010 and became an assistant on Mark Richt’s staff for 4 years, similar start as Glenn Schuman with CKS. Would like to see the UGA connection to MacDonald credited more.
Hey why don't you write an article about the greatness of Curt Cignitti and how he is best CFP coach currently and makes Kirby look like nothing. He put together in 2 years a hodgepodge of transfers together and created a powerhouse. Who cares about recruiting a top 3 class from high school? In this day and era of NIL and TP, the old school is going to lose ! Look at Alabama and Oregon getting stomped!
