If we have three good centers I suspect one of them could end up at guard
Glad to see a new O-Line coach. Hoping he’s an upgrade.
Kirby's taking the heat off Bobo.
A team will go as far as their O line can take them. They're all a year older, bigger, and stronger. Hopefully, this is one problem that has been addressed. Now, just add some young play calling talent please.
Its called coaching…. duh
Nope...If he was going to do that....he'd do something about the defensive side of the ball….imo. That's what really failed em this year. And…..the year before...2024.
Tackling was atrocious (by UGA Standards)....DB's don't know how tolook for the ball or play the ball. Spradic pressure on the quarterback and multiple missed sack opportunities.
Not a helluva lot of havoc on the defensive side of the ball. While the offense always put points on the board in the 4th quarter....the defense failed to hold.
The Dawgs offense is gonna be a juggernaut in '26 with all the experienced talent returning. The defense STILL needs to learn how to tackle consistently. In fact, just be more consistent. That's coaching....imo.
I think, they're less aggressiveon defense.…because, Schumann isn't as aggressive a personality as Smart or Lanning or Muschamp. A defense takes on the personality of it's coaches. Just sayin'.
Special Teams could use a coaching shake up, as well. Imo. Lol....that was one of the most pathetic "last gasp" attempts at a kickoff return....and, actually cost UGA 2 points. They obviously never practiced for a situation like that. Lol
So, who's going to teach Gunner how to throw vertical routes? See the field? He's been at this for one full season plus one CFP game. What are they going to do that they haven't already done? Put lifts in his shoes?
Easy - an OL that can protect him in a pass pro offense.
@BigDawg61
Agree with almost everything you said but the tackling part. The issue as I understand it, is they don’t practice it as much due to the lack of quality depth …could be wrong.
It seems to be an issue with most teams…good post, the arrow is up for the Dawgs IMO.
This ankle surgery that Drew Bobo had takes over a year to heal?
Easy. LMAO. Fan.
