Mike Bobo earned a lot of praise and accolades for the job he did with the Georgia offense in 2025, as he was a Broyles Award finalist.

    Thanks Connor! Short and sweet!

    Nuff said!

    Go Dawgs!

THere was talk today on 92.9 the game about Jake Fromm has 1 yr. of college eligibilty left and he could come back and play for some school. As a former plaer at Bama who has played in the NBA minor league for a couple of seasons is doing this weekend with BAMA!

The only question he should be facing is where he will be coaching next year. His ineptitude has caused us to underperform three years in a row and will most assuredly be the case again next year. Let’s quit participating in this insanity.

I figure Coach Smart has a lot of confidence in Coach Bobo and that’s why he’s the offensive coordinator. I trust Coach Smart , Coach Bobo, and Coach Schuman. What I don’t trust is folk who are always so critical of our coaches. We had a terrific year 12-2 and were a play or 2 of being in the Championship.
    Looking forward to next year!

if we’re being realistic, we must admit that at times Coach Bobo has been a brilliant play caller. We must also admit that at times his play calling has been less than stellar. Those who say Coach Bobo is a great OC are ignoring those times when the play calling is downright puzzling. We had something like 20 yards total offense in the third quarter of the Ole Miss playoff game. Much of that was due to very conservative play calling. Then we get down by 10 with 8 minutes left in the game. We change our play calling and go right down the field and score a TD. Why? Play calling improved dramatically. Of course, we went down the field again and failed to score a TD with a first and goal. Why? Bad play calling inside the 10.

More importantly, why wait until we’re 10 down with time running out before we get aggressive with our play calling? IMO, it’s inexcusable. Most OCs are constantly criticized by the fan base. Some is justified, some isn’t. Surely some of the praise of Coach Bobo is deserved, but so is some of the criticism.

Looks like CKS is going to bake the cake the same way in '26. We'll have to wait and see how it works out.

Know who else has been doing that? Dabo Swinney.

    Just sayin.

Yeah....but, he'll have much better ingredients. Those guys coming back are Salty as hell.

I look for a 9 layer Chocolate Cake with a big scoop of ice cream....and, it won't be vanilla.

The Offense is gonna be great...because of Bobo. Not in spite of Bobo.

And, they will get a lot more defensive support....cause, I don't think there is any way Kirby Smart can watch his defense miss tackles and blow assignments, for one more year.

He will have em playing "to UGA standard" by the time the season starts. One way or another....Schumann.

Allow me to remind my fellow Dawg Fans....

This is only Bobo's 2nd swipe at OC....3 years in. And, I would say his 1st one at UGA was very successful.

He recruited some of the best players in UGA history to lead an offense that averaged over 41 points per game. But, the Martinez & Grantham defense let em down.

Otherwise, he would've had a couple of Natty Rings already.

He was hired to Head Coach Colorado "freaking" State....and, did more with em than Neon Deion has done with Colorado and all that money.

Lol....nobody is or was gonna win much at CSU....so, that one don't compute, anymore tha the 1 year at Carolina or 6 months at Auburn.

I say.…give the kid time to work. It's all starting to come together...like it did in '12. He has all the ingredients he needs.

At least, this time around....he has a defensive coach that knows defense. Lol....although, this year's defense brought back reminders of the Grantham/Martinez years....with the inconsistencies & "bend don't break" style.

Imo....this is the year UGA puts it all together at once....Offense & Defense. Kind of like the '22 Season...only more dynamic.
